Rick Geisler

Rick leads the Law Department at Qarbon Aerospace and brings more than 24 years of experience as a business trial lawyer handling complex business disputes to his role.

Earlier in his career, he spent five years managing litigation and internal investigations at Northrop Corporation. He joined Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. in 2007 as Deputy General Counsel, and was elevated to General Counsel of Vought’s successor, Triumph Aerostructures, where he was responsible for the legal activities for Triumph Aerostructures, until he joined Qarbon Aerospace in 2021 as its Vice President and General Counsel.
